Buena in a double OT doozie over Tucson 57-56

Springer had 22 including 10 in the two overtimes. The winning free throw was made with three seconds left in the second overtime by Colt reserve Garrett Jackson, who was in the game because two starters had fouled out. Devonte Eason led Tucson with 15. Tre Hill had 14. Jalen Holman had 13 for Buena. Riley Adams put the game into the first overtime with a three with 5 seconds left in regulation. Springer put the game into the second overtime after making 2 of 3 free throws with two seconds left after being fouled while shooting a three. Ouch.

DII Bubble Boys and sectional party crashers

The top 24 ranked teams make it to state, but sectional winners are in no matter what their final rankings are.

So, if you are on the Bubble in DII you have some issues, especially if you are not playing any more.

In D2S1 No. 41 Coco takes on Flag. If Coco wins they are in and bumps out a top 24 team.

In D2S3 Agua Fria comes in at No. 32, and if they beat La Joya they are in and bumps out a top 24 team.

And in D2S7 No. 26 Cibola takes on No. 45 Gila Ridge - that knocks someone out.

After all the number crunching after sectionals the current final 3-4 spots are on thin ice; 21 Seton, 22 Cactus Shadows, 23 'tock, 24 Rincon. I don't think any of these teams are left playing in sectionals.
