LUKA, Top 5 player currently in NBA?

His game yesterday was phenomenal. He has perfected the step back and his range is from anywhere on the court. Saw a few NBA analysts list him as a Top 5 player currently in the NBA. Anyone agree or disagree? Also where do you think the Suns would be currently if they would have drafted Luka instead of Ayton?
