Why is there no school named Phoenix High, or a rebirth of my personal favorite - Scottsdale High?

There's:

Chandler High
Tempe High
Mesa High
Gilbert High
Higley High
Peoria High
Glendale High
Tucson High
Yuma High
Buckeye High
Mayvale High
...every small town High, and so on...
