Kinda sad this never even got mentioned on here. Between moving and going back to school I haven't been on here in a bit. The McDonald's All-American Game!!! National recognition at the highest level and not a peep?
I've said it before, best coach in AZ by a wide margin. If you're a basketball parent making a choice on where to send your kid this is an easy one. His track record is amazing, and amazingly consistent. Produces well spoken, quality young men that play after HS at all levels, and succeed in life well beyond their playing years. He is also a history teacher at GCHS and great role model.
The disclaimer: For the butt hurt who take this as a slam on other AZ coaches, it is not. There are other great coaches in AZ, just none with a track record that compares to Coach Keener's. Comparisons are welcome, what are the other best track records in AZ???
