2014-15 AZV Pick'em CHALLENGE week 5

Week 5 will be combined with week 6 since I do not have enough games scheduled. McClintock Shootout and Judy Dixon tourney I can only use Dec 26 since we do not know the outcomes for later on... Visitmesa has alot of out of state teams and you can only use one AZ team per week... so we will combine this week of the challenge into two.
